The entrance leads over 3 steps and a 19 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule with doors to all rooms. From the entrance you come directly into the conservatory with fireplace. Throughout the house tiles or laminate are laid, therefore, also suitable for allergy sufferers. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom 45 sqm and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 7 persons. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom 45 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), refrigerator (65 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Our holiday home was built using only healthy materials. In the house, you can enjoy the healthy Grader water. The holiday home is situated in a quiet and charming village complex - harmoniously blending into the picturesque landscape of the Styrian thermal region. Here, amidst orchards and vineyards, you can enjoy your holiday. The holiday home has laminate and tiled floors, making it ideal for allergy sufferers. Access is via a side road (paved). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
