Nice and spacious room right in the center

Nice and spacious room right in the center near everything. Clean room. Access to shared kitchen to make breakfast and coffee. Reasonable price.

Cet hĂ©bergement ne devrait pas ĂȘtre proposĂ© comme hĂŽtel, ni maison d'hĂŽte, ni pension. En effet, il n'y a personne Ă  la rĂ©ception, dont la photo sur le site peut induire en erreur. Il n'y a mĂȘme personne sur place, bien que l'on m'ait demandĂ© par sms, vers midi, mon heure d'arrivĂ©e. A 15h, je me suis prĂ©sentĂ©e devant la porte, fermĂ©e, sous la pluie, avec une consigne pour appeler un numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone. La personne au bout du fil s'est agacĂ©e car elle parlait trĂšs vite, et je devais la faire rĂ©pĂ©ter. J'ai donc demandĂ© les consignes par Ă©crit. Je suis une personne ĂągĂ©e, et je ne connais pas le systĂšme de boĂźtier, de code, de clĂ©... D'autant que je ne m'attendais pas Ă  ce style d'accueil qu'elle aurait dĂ» prĂ©senter lors de son SMS. Puis la personne s'est Ă©nervĂ©e que je ne sois pas arrivĂ©e dans la minute au 2eme Ă©tage. J'estime avoir Ă©tĂ© maltraitĂ©e. Je venais juste pour une nuit, spectacle de ballet au FestSpiel Haus, auquel je viens chaque annĂ©e !... ExpĂ©dia se devrait de ne pas la garder dans ses offres "hĂŽtel", et cette dame devrait ĂȘtre dans les propositions "appartements" d'autres sites, et ceci selon la lĂ©gislation europĂ©enne. MM bretagne.

Plus que parfait

HÎtel en coeur de ville. Pas de bruits extérieurs pour autant. Deco géniale, kitchenette pour le petit déjeuner avec tout ( cafetiÚre filtres et café, grille pain, tasses et bols, verres, couverts........ tout quoi. Excellent accueil. Excellente adresse en résumé
