Our cozy apartment of 40 m² accommodates up to 7 guests and features:

• Master bedroom with a Double bed, and second bedroom with a Bunk bed and a Single pull-out bed.
• Living area with sofa bed which sleeps up to 2 (best recommended for children) and TV
• Bathroom equipped with towels upon arrival.
• Kitchenette with ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave/grill and dishwasher, and then enjoy the meal around the dining table.

LOCAL FAVOURITES:

• Food and Drink: When it comes to restaurants and bars, La Tute de L'Ours is a popular local spot that serves up hearty mountain cuisine, and L'Arbesquens is a charming wine bar that offers a wide selection of local and international wines.
• Outside Activities: The French Ski School De Luchon Superbagnères is one of the best in the country and offers lessons for all ages and abilities. Pyrenees-parapente offers breathtaking views of the mountains and valley below as you sail through the sky on a tandem paraglider.
• Places to See: Visit the thermal baths in Luchon, and take a stroll along the Allées d'Étigny. The Musée Aéronautique Léon Elissalde is a fascinating aviation museum that is well worth a visit.

• For short stays of under 6 nights, bed linen, towels, and end of stay cleaning (excl. kitchenette) are included
• For long stays of 7+ nights, bed linen kits cost €8/kit, and towel kits cost €8/kit
• For stays of 7+ nights, guests are requested to clean their apartments prior to departure, or an end of stay cleaning (excl. kitchenette) costs between €45 and €65
• Daily tourist tax per person and a €300/apartment damage deposit will be collected upon arrival
• The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor upon arrival.
• Some of these residences accept pets at an additional charge of €7/pet/night. Pets must have current vaccinations and be microchipped/tattoed.
