The apartment is located in a former hotel converted into apartments in 2021, located opposite the Thermal Baths and the new Bagnères-de-Luchon Wellness Area open all year round as well as 300m from the gondola that leads to the slopes of Superbagnères in 8 minutes. This T4 of 66 m2 is located on the 4th and last floor. First of all, we enter a vestibule that opens onto the living room, very bright, the open kitchen, fully equipped oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, includes all the crockery and utensils essential for a short stay or medium or even long. Plenty of storage.
