In the medieval village of Benabbio, sitting on the mountains of Lucca at a height of 400 m above sea level, this rustic holiday accommodation offers guests not only breathtaking views but also a peaceful holiday, in touch with nature and far from everyday stress. For sport lovers there are numerous hiking trails in the surroundings, a canyon park where you can practice rafting and canoeing, a suspension bridge and much more.

Originally a 16th-century convent, this unique holiday home is located in the heart of the village. Entrance is through the ancient 16th century arch with a wooden door, into a private courtyard, plummeting visitors directly into the beauty of the architecture. On the ground floor there are cellars and a laundry room. The accommodation, 190 sq m, is on the first floor, with a beautifully furnished terrace with barbecue and a wonderful scenic view.
The exposed wooden beams, the internal decoration and the rustic furniture will give visitors the sensation of living within an enveloping atmosphere. Accommodating up to 9 guests, the accommodation consists of a large living room with dining area, a decorative fireplace, TV and DVD/CD player, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven) with an antique decorative fireplace, three double bedrooms, one with added bunk bed and another with an additional single bed, and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
Outside, at 20 m from the arch entrance, there is a private garden furnished with gazebo, table, chairs and a barbecue.

Other amenities: washing machine, cot and high chair, first aid kit, NO WI-FI (available in the village at the Restaurant Acquolina in Bocca).

Distances: food shops and restaurant in the village. Supermarket at 4 km in Bagni di Lucca. Lucca at 32 km, nearest beaches at 55 km, Pisa at 55 km and Florence at 80 km.

Price includes gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, cot and high chair. Pet allowed, free of charge. NO Wi-Fi.
