Charming studio apartment with barrel vaults in old farmhouse. No steps required for entry. On the ground floor, it has 32"/82 cm doorways. Spacious bathroom with a roll-in shower, double bed, kitchenette, also accessible to disabled guests. Lovely garden with private terraces to sunbathe, a solar shower to refresh. The property is surrounded by olive groves with an amazing view of Florence. Hikes just out of the property. 10 minutes away on foot is the village Villamagna with a lovely bistro, perfect for buying local foods and drink a cappuccino or a spritzer. There are also a restaurant, a pizzeria open on Saturdays and Sundays in the evening and a romanesque church dating back to the XII century where contemporaries of Michelangelo's left us important paintings.

Violetta is a wonderful, kind person. She provided excellent suggestions on local restaurants, sightseeing destinations and parking. This property is a great starting point to explore Florence and Tuscany. Our daughter stayed in this studio apartment and my wife and I stayed in an adjacent one bedroom apartment in the farm house. Beautiful grounds with great views of the countyside and Florence.
