Amidst Mediterranean landscape, garrigue, vineyards and paths, you will find both quietness and a lot of activities. Swimming in your private pool or in Cèze and Ardèche, canoeing or fishing, walking, biking, or playing “pétanque”. Large terrace with charcoal or wood barbecue in our closed garden, surrounded by provencal country. Fully equipped kitchen, large living room, salon, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one shower room. 3 WC. Avignon, Uzès, Pont du Gard, Nîmes to visit, “route des vins” with tasting, perfumes and colors of our «marchés de Provence”.
All furniture is a new one : renovated in 2012. WIFI, large TV, DVD. Air conditioned.
Suitable for handicapped persons, 'Tourisme et Handicap'.
Large windows opening on the terrace, panorama and view on hills, vineyards, ever green woods of pines and green oaks.
The nearest neighbour is the owner at about 250 meters. Winegrocer, famous wines. Degustations in his house and in a lot of cellars all around.

Bagnols sur Ceze center located at 2 kms with all shops and commodities. Bakery and supermarket at 800 meters.

Beautiful stay amongst the vines

Lovely property, beautifully maintained and with a fabulous swimming pool. The kitchen is well equipped and the aircon works well in all rooms. Giles and his father were super helpful throughout our stay, even brining us delicious fresh figs. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property and very friendly host

This is the third time we've stayed at one of Gilles properties and, as always, everything was fantastic. Our extended family (5 adults, primary school age children) had a wonderful two weeks at the house which is very well equipped, in a great location within easy reach of Orange, Avignon, Nimes as well as close to the motorway network for travel. We continue to have no hesitation recommending Gilles and his excellent properties.

Lovely holiday house

This was a perfect house for our two families. The pool is just wonderful and so well kept. We ate daily outside on the lovely terrace. The kitchen has everything you need, and more. Having two fridges was a bonus. There was plenty of hot water for our group of seven. The location was great for day trips out without long drives. Avignon is well worth a visit. There is lots of amazing canoeing nearby which we took advantage of, and some very lovely caves. There are plenty of pretty villages to enjoy a meal out, too. Thank you to our host and family. We will definitely return. villages.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Romance. Nous y avions réuni notre famille : tous ont été ravis et souhaitent y retourner à l'occasion. En effet, la villa est magnifique, spacieuse, bien agencée et très confortable. Elle est située en plein milieu des vignes, ce qui lui donne un charme tout particulier... et quel calme !La piscine est un vrai plus, même si en Avril l'eau est encore fraîche...Le propriétaire est très sympathique et prévenant. Il produit un excellent vin Bio.A bientôt La Romance !!

wunderbare auszeit mitten im rebberg

mit 3 freunden und meinem mann verbrachten wir eine wunderbare zeit. für rollstuhlfahrer ist das bett ein bisschen zu tief und es wäre praktisch, wenn die dusche einen fixen sitz installiert hätte. so könnte der rollstuhlfahrer sicherer sitzen. da sich der boden neigt, steht ein stuhl nicht sehr stabil. in der küche hätten wir gerne schärfere messer und eine gute reibe gehabt. gilles war ausserordentlich hilfsbereit hat viel humor und ist sehr freundlich. alles in allem ein wunderschönes haus in einer wunderbaren gegend. wir genossen unseren urlaub sehr.

Mooie gerestaureerde woning in wijnhaard

Heel rustig, gezien ligging midden in wijnhaard. Hebben lekker kunnen ontspannen en daarnaast ook veel daguitstappen op korte afstand. Gastheer is heel behulpzaam, en de lokale wijn heel lekker.

Maison magnifique

Très belle maison d'une propreté irréprochable malgré les immenses espaces qui sont décorés avec simplicité et goût! La piscine est grande, propre et bien orientée pour pouvoir profiter du soleil ou de l'ombre selon les désirs de chacun. La maison se trouve au milieu des vignes mais est cependant très proche de la ville et des commerces. Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire qui nous a donné de bons plans de visites. A recommander!

Het was een heel leuk huis. Iedereen had ruimte. De locatie was top. Geen buren dus pure rust. Als we een probleem hadden, konden we de eigenaar direct bereiken en stond hij binnen 10 minuten bij ons. Wij komen zeker terug!

Sejour fin juin, tres bon accueil et bonne présentation de l environnement et points d intérêts touristiques. Superbe maison bien très bien agencée au milieu des vignes. Tres calme et reposant. Un séjour en famille parfait

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette magnifique maison située aux milieux des vignes. La situation et les abords sont tops. La maison est très agréable. Les chambres sont vastes et bien aménagées. Tout a été rénové avec goût. Beau jardin cloturé et belle piscine. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et la visite du domaine + dégustation des vins est à recommander.

New Year’s Eve Getaway

The property is very comfortable and well equiped. Was clean and nicely decorated. The host was very attentive always responding to any need. It is hard to find upon our arrival as is sorrounded by wineyards but exactly what we were looking for a peaceful setting in touch with nature. Thank you Gilles and your father for a superb stay. Un magnifique séjour dans une villa toute équipée

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour à la Romance. Le lieu est magnifique, même en hiver. Au calme absolu et avec de belles ballades dans les environs. La maison est super bien équipée, et Gilles a été à nos petits soins pendant toute la durée du séjour. La maison est parfaitement accessible en fauteuil roulant, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Super Herbstferien

Herzlicher Empfang. Gilles hat uns viel Tips für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Das Haus entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Ich konnte mein Elektroauto am Abend aufladen (natürlich habe ich die Stromkosten zusätzlich bezahlt). Auch hierfür herzlichen Dank.

Traumhaus für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Vielen Dank, Jill, für die wunderschönen Tage in den Weinbergen. Das Haus ist traumhaft, hat einen herrlichen Pool und großes Gelände. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind großzügig und sehr sauber. Jill war ein toller Gastgeber, der uns mit seinen leckeren Feigen verwöhnt hat. Die Unterkunft ist die Ausgangslage für viele Ausflüge und Restaurants. Die Terrasse mit Blick in die Weinberge, lädt ein die Köstlichkeit vor Ort zu genießen. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub.

Inmitten von Weinreben gelegenes wunderschönes Ferienhaus ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Alleinlage inmitten der tollen Landschaft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kennen die Gegend gut und reisen immer wieder in diesen tollen Landstrich.Das Haus ist ausgesprochen geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern und dennoch mit viel Charme, der Blick aus dem oberen Schlafzimmer gigantisch !! Toller Pool und schöner Garten, alles top . Gilles als Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, Danke !

Lovely week in the pool and vineyards.

A beautiful house, with great facilities (especially the pool) in the vineyards. The local wine is lovely, particularly frlmt he owners vineyard. A great property for kids with a pool fence and lawn for them to play on.
