Our 1-acre lot is bordered on two sides by a mountain. Half of our property is natural jungle, so is a haven for wildlife - many bird species, including Toucans, Aricari & Parrots to name a few - and lots of Butterflies - especially the fabulous Blue Morphos, Sightings of Monkeys, Iguana, Coati and other mammals are common.

Our property features numerous flowering plants as well as fruit-bearing trees - Banana, Mandarina, Lemon, Pineapple, and, sometimes, Papaya - so help yourself.

You could go kayaking through mangroves, zip-lining, hiking, white water rafting, whale and dolphin watching, or visit some of Costa Rica's unique National Parks to observe wildlife and rain forest communities in a natural state.
