Pleasant Beach Getaway - Breathtaking Puget Sound Views and Steps from the Beach

Enjoy Bainbridge Island’s gorgeous views from this remodeled home. Beach access is right across the street, with beach combing, tide pools, and wildlife viewing at your fingertips. The home is adjacent to Fort Ward Park, and provides guests with endless outdoor opportunities, hiking, running and biking on the paved trails, picnicking, and a public boat launch. Location is superb for kayaking and stand up paddle boarding as well. Guests will enjoy spectacular views of the Puget Sound’s Rich Passage, with the Bremerton ferry route running in the passage throughout the day. The home faces west and overlooks the peaks of the Olympic Mountains, which means spectacular sunset views from the front deck.

The home’s extensive renovation includes an all-new kitchen with stainless appliances and gas range, gas fireplaces upstairs and downstairs, maple hardwood floors and new carpet, all new bathrooms with heated floors, soaking tub, and rainfall shower in the master. New windows and efficient heating and air conditioning make the home comfortable year round. The landscape is also completely new, and includes a fire pit overlooking the water and a seasonal herb and flower garden. EV car charging is available for a small extra fee. Please inquire with the owner at the time of booking if you would like to use this service.

The home is tastefully furnished with items from West Elm, Pottery Barn, and Crate and Barrel. The beds are luxuriously dressed with down comforters, quality linens, and premium mattresses. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything a chef could need to prepare wonderful meals.

Not only is the location ideal for enjoying all of the outdoor beauty Bainbridge Island offers, it’s only a mile to nearby Lynnwood Center, which features wonderful restaurants, a movie theater, a bakery, and quaint shops. Downtown Winslow is a short 10 minute drive from the home, and provides access to groceries, the ferry dock, a wide variety of dining, museums, and the ferry landing.

In order to keep the home in the best condition possible, we kindly ask for no smoking and no pets. Photo ID verification and Esigned rental agreement will be requested after booking.

My family and I loved the house. We really enjoyed the fireplace. Being from Texas we've never had to use a fireplace in the summer! The basement couch is HUGE and comfy and we loved the layout of the second floor.It was nice gathering on the outdoor patio for breakfast. Restaurants and shops are just down the road and the park is right next door. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful Home with a Wonderful Location

This property was absolutely perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 children). It had plenty of space and they did a particularly great job with the children's area setup so that it allowed my kids to have their own space and toys to play with while the adults could congregate comfortably in our own area as well. The yard is beautiful, we loved seeing baby birds and a deer in the yard and then wander across the street to enjoy the water and search for crabs under rocks. We were there on the 4th of July and we were able to see 5-7 different firework shows from the porch and even more from the beach across the street. The house is right next to Fort Ward, so we were able to take beautiful walks along the water and through the park that started steps away from the front door. The house itself was the best stocked home we've experienced yet. They supplied more than enough plates, cups, utensils, and even things like ziplocs and coffee that really make a difference. My kids are already asking to go back, so we will be planning our next visit soon!

Trip to visit Seattle grandson

Our kids live in Seattle so we all met up on Bainbridge Island. The house was perfect for us. There were really two bedrooms for adults (the other were bunk beds). There were wonderful trains and a a mild kitchen downstairs which our grandson loved. The weather was beautiful and we had our dinners out on the deck with beautiful water views!!!

Fabulous Location & House!!!

Amazing location, steps from the beach. The beach is gorgeous and we found tons of beautiful beach glass, spotted a bald eagle & otters! The house itself is the BEST rental property we’ve stayed in! The kitchen has everything you need to cook & grill! The primary bathroom has an enormous tub. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit each night we were there. The kids loved riding the bikes to the park close by. Overall a fabulous experience!!!

Great house for family stay on Bainbridge Island

Our family of seniors, adults and small children very much enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped for preparing family meals and entertaining toddlers. The play kitchen was a big hit, and the adjacent park convenient for walks . Everything was as described, and the little garden was a bonus. The location was a short drive to town and other playgrounds for the kiddies. We would certainly enjoy a return visit.

Wonder Stay

Family of 6 with 4 children under 15 enjoyed staying at this home. The home was immaculate and newly updated. The location was majestic with the sound across the street and nature trails literally next door. Highly recommend.
