Booked the property then got suspicious of a load of 10/10 reviews that appeared overnight. I tried to cancel and heard nothing at all, sent multiple messages but nothing. No payment taken but really stressful wondering if they would take payment. It felt pointless booking through VRBO as they seemed to have no ability to cancel the booking on my behalf. I can’t comment on the check in, cleanliness or location as the booking did not go ahead, but I would never book with this host again as they were unable or unwilling to cancel the booking or communicate with me about anything.
