The Space:

This Old City apartment is on the first floor. It has one queen-size bed approximately 160 × 200 cm plus a fold-out chair-bed that is always available and has been tested for one adult. The sleeping area has an opening but no full closing door. The apartment has a gas stove and no elevator.



Laundry: An in-unit washer and a folding, non-electric air-drying rack are provided.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment. The building entrance and common areas are shared with neighbors. Self check-in is available from 15:00, and detailed arrival instructions are sent before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in Baku's Old City, also known as Icherisheher, close to Maiden Tower, the Shirvanshahs' Palace area, museums, traditional streets, cafes, souvenir shops, and Baku Boulevard. It is one of the best areas for guests who want history and walkability.



Getting Around:

The Old City is best explored on foot. Taxis and ride-hailing apps are available nearby, and metro access is available from the central area. Parking inside and around the historic core can be limited. Baku Airport is usually around 25–35 minutes away by taxi, depending on traffic. Ride apps such as Bolt and local taxi apps are widely used in Baku.



Other Things to Note:

This apartment is in an older historic building, so some common areas and sound insulation may feel different from a modern building. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Smoking, pets, parties, and events are not allowed. Please respect quiet hours and shared building areas. Tell us before arrival if the fold-out chair-bed should be prepared.

Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Subject to availability and written confirmation, early check-in from 13:00 and late check-out until 13:00 are USD 15 each; arrival before 13:00 generally requires booking the previous night. We do not provide dedicated luggage storage; guests should arrange storage directly with a staffed third-party provider or their transport provider before check-in or after checkout. Airport transfer can be arranged for USD 25 for up to 3 guests or USD 50 for up to 7 guests. Optional services are confirmed only after our team replies through the booking platform.
