This boutique hotel has so much personality. The room felt cozy and luxurious without being over the top. The staff were friendly and remembered my preferences throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was great and included local items. A memorable and relaxing experience.

Clean, quiet, classy. Hotel feels very well managed. Hallways were quiet, cleaning staff did an excellent job daily. Fresh towels bottled water always available.

Excellent service throughout my stay. Breakfast had so many options, always fresh, and restaurant staff were attentive. The hotel is centrally located and it was so easy to get to the city center shops.

Don't trust your reservation for this hotel!!!

Don't trust this hotel. For the reservation 30 March -03 April with my 6years old child and wife, we arrived in night (we have already informed by hotels.com the delivery time) and they said we don't have reservation they cannot see even we comfirned this with Mr Elnur on 4th February on telephone conversation previously. Also that time religious holiday time and like us there was another family had same problem. They stay without room even they booked from another agency started with boxxxxg. We stayed there at reception and said, you took money a few months ago. How there is not a room available? They said nothing to do. Specialy families ! stay away from this hotel. We have waiting there in the nigth in cold weather, no sleep many hours and no solution. We found by ourself a new hotel near this hotel and paid again and could not take money back yet from this hotel.
