Thanks a lot for everything guys. Best thing The the staff. They will help you any time. 2nd thing there is no time for breakfast. You can ask breakfast at 02:: 00 pm too. Design is good. Bed was very comfortable.

The room smelt terribly - I think the top sheets of the bed were not washed for a long time and the bathroom was so moldy. The shower leakage was so bad that it was hard to have a decent shower. There was no housekeeping - they just took the drenched towel from the shower room leakage but did not replace it with a new one. The breakfast was unhealthy and not appealing at all and we did not bother taking it after the first morning. The staff are not particularly informative.

They don’t deliver

The hotel was overbooked and they gave me a bedroom with literally the basics, single bed (not comfortable) no AC in the room, there was an old mattress left there. the staff was really nice, Unfortunately they told me they were gonna change me to another room the night after (2 nights stay) didn’t happened. Overall is a good clean hotel with basic breakfast, staff is nice but they didn’t delivered what was promised on the reservation. The location is very good.

A very nice hotel with perfect service and in a very nice area og the old town of Baku. We recommend this hotel to everybody that visit Baku

The hotel is an alley difficult to find. My taxi took a long 15 minutes to find it. And if you have suitcases, be prepared to drag them on the streets to the hotel. The Check-in was too long. I arrived on 3:45AM, and all I needed was a quick place to crash. The guy at the reception charged me for a room that was already paid. When I noticed this, I had to call him, and he gave my money back. This guy told me the WiFi was not working. All this mess took so long that I only went to bed after 5AM. When I showered, the water would not go down the drain, so all the bathroom was under water. To top it off, they are having some remodeling, so be prepared for some noise. Breakfast is from 9 to 10:30 (hello?!). I wouldn’t come back. And PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE ROOMS FACING THE STREET. There’s no soundproofing.
