Summary:

Enjoy a private balcony and two separate bedrooms in central Baku near Fountain Square, Nizami Street, the Old City and Winter Boulevard. The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests in one queen-size bed and two single beds.



The Space:

The apartment is on the second floor and is reached by stairs; there is no elevator. It has two separate bedrooms, one living room, one queen-size bed approximately 160 × 200 cm and two single beds approximately 90 × 200 cm. The living and dining area opens to a private balcony with outdoor seating. Two working air-conditioning units and a gas stove are provided. The living-room sofa is fixed and is not a sleeping surface. There is no dishwasher, dedicated workspace or meaningful water view.



Guest Access:

Important access note: The building entrance is in a pedestrian-only area, so cars cannot reach the door and the final approach is on foot. Guests enter the residential block and use the stairs to the second floor. The apartment is the only apartment door on that landing and is marked 5; the block continues to the third floor.



Guests have private access to the entire apartment, including the balcony. The main block entrance and stairwell are shared with the building. Self check-in is available from 15:00, and detailed arrival instructions are sent before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is on Islam Safarli Street, positioned between the Nizami Street/Fountain Square area, the Old City, and Winter Boulevard. The neighborhood has cafes, restaurants, small shops, historic streets, and easy walking access to the main central attractions.



Getting Around:

The city center is easy to explore on foot from this location. Ride-hailing apps are widely available, and nearby central metro areas such as Sahil, Icherisheher, and 28 May can be used for wider travel. Parking in the historic center can be limited. Baku Airport is usually around 25–35 minutes away by taxi, depending on traffic. Ride apps such as Bolt and local taxi apps are widely used in Baku.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony; smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. Pets, parties, and events are not allowed. Please observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 and respect neighbors in the shared building areas. The apartment is prepared for the booked guest count; tell us before arrival if you prefer separate beds.

Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Subject to availability and written confirmation, early check-in from 13:00 and late check-out until 13:00 are USD 15 each; arrival before 13:00 generally requires booking the previous night. We do not provide dedicated luggage storage; guests should arrange storage directly with a staffed third-party provider or their transport provider before check-in or after checkout. Airport transfer can be arranged for USD 25 for up to 3 guests or USD 50 for up to 7 guests. Optional services are confirmed only after our team replies through the booking platform.
