Super idyllisches Häuschen
Wirklich kleines schönes Haus und ruhig gelegen kann manche Bewertungen nicht verstehen ... Es ist wirklich schön klein aber fein und auch für 4 Personen vollkommen ausreichend.Einkaufsladen, Restaurant und Bar in unmittelbarer nähe und zu Fuss erreichbar auch das Wasser ist schnell zu Fuss erreichbar aber man sollte wissen daß es ein Nebenstrand ist aber trotzdem alles gepflegt und sauber . Das einzige Manko ist das wirklich drüber nachgedacht werden sollte ein Sofa rein zu stellen ...Top Haus

Unterkunft war gut. Leider fehlt eine Couch um einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend zu gestalten. Auch das Fernsehbild war bei nicht so guten Wetter ( etwas stürmisch) gestört ( kein Signal). Wäre dies nicht gewesen , top Haus und Anwesen.

Sind immer wieder gern in diesem Objekt. Wie ich bereits 2019 bemängelte fehlt es an Geschirr und Besteck. Es kann nicht sein, dass 4 Erwachsene sich 2 Messer beim Essen teilen müssen und das Wein und Schnaps aus Saftgläsern getrunken werden muss, beim geselligen Beisammensein.

Miło wspominamy, świetna lokalizacja, obiekt wygodny, działka zadbana, można fajnie spędzić czas po powrocie z plażowania. Relaks - czy to na dużym tarasie w cieniu markizy i otoczeniu drzew, czy na trawie, np grając w piłkę lub grillując.

Es ist ein kleines Häuschen ab...
Es ist ein kleines Häuschen aber für 3–4 Personen total ausreichend....der Garten war ein Highlight für unseren Hund, er hatte genug Platz um sich auszutoben...Es ist zwar in der Nähe einer Bahnschiene, aber die Züge hört man nicht und ist somit eigl in einer ruhigen Lage....Ein Lebensmittelladen ist gleich um die Ecke und dort kann man auch mal draußen sitzen und einen Kaffee trinken, da es dort eine kleine Bar gibt...Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe, aber wir sind meist 3–4 km ins Centrum gefahren, dort gibt es ein Restaurant Namens Ilia Éterem dort kann man sehr gut essen und sind alle super freundlich... Reisetipps: Balatonmariafürdö Centrum, dort kann man etwas shoppen oder auch so mal Rum schländern...Fonyod, dort gibt es am Hafen einen Hundestrand, die Hunde können da laufen und toben, denn der Strand ist eingezäunt....jeder hund ist willkommen.....

Wir reisten zu dritt an und ha...
Wir reisten zu dritt an und hatten genügend Platz. Es ist kein sehr großes Haus aber völlig ausreichend, vor allem hinsichtlich des Preises. Die Ausstattung sollte hier und da erneuert werden (Küchenutensilien, Betten, Schränke). Es gibt eine schöne große Terrasse und einen Garten zum Spielen. Die Schaukel ist allerdings nicht vorhanden, ebenso die Sonnenliegen. Das Bad ist sehr klein und das separate WC noch kleiner. Absolut nichts für etwas fülligere Urlauber. Die Entfernung zum Wasser ist auch nicht ganz korrekt. Letztendlich sind es ca. 400m. Die Bahn in der Nähe hat uns jetzt nicht gestört, fährt aber doch sehr häufig. Der Freistrand ist sehr schön und gepflegt mit Spielplatz und Toiletten. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und die Nachbarn sind auch nett. Trotz der kleineren Mängel können wir es weiterempfehlen, wenn man nicht zu große Ansprüche hat. Reisetipps: Siofok – tolles Hafengelände und PartymeileTihany– mit der Fähre rüber; Bastei und Aussicht; Wein– und Lavendelgebiet, vieleMöglichkeiten zum Bummeln und ShoppenBalatonmariafürdo Zentrum – Hafen, ShoppenAgis Steakhouse (ca. 2km vom FH entfernt)– leckeres Essen, gute Preise, FR und SA Pianoabend live

Mit deutlichen Mängeln
Grundsätzlich war das Objekt in Ordnung. Nur hat der Kühlschrank nur zeitweise funktioniert, was zur Folge hatte dass das Essen fast immer schimmelte. Die Gartenliegen waren alle defekt , durchgerostet oder man konnte garnicht drauf liegen.
