Totally renovated, this sunny family beach home offers plenty of comfy indoor and outdoor spaces-relaxation has never been made so easy! Seas the Day's bright and airy open floor plan is made for gathering family and friends. Anchored around a decorative fireplace, the generous living area welcomes you for conversation, game-playing or movie-watching. The nearby dining space, bathed in natural light, is perfect for meals or snacks and is adjacent to the completely updated kitchen-now equipped with top-of-the-line Kitchen Aid appliances, custom cabinetry, sparkling countertops, a farmhouse sink and a spacious island offering not only prep space but also seating. If al fresco dining is your preference, the recently redesigned back deck provides a new dining set and nearby gas grill-both ensconced in privacy-ensuring foliage .

Down the hallway, past the kitchen, are two bedrooms, the laundry room and a full bath. The first bedroom is the Primary King, featuring an ensuite bath and walk-in closet. Next to the it is a bunk room, containing two bunk beds. Both the bunk room and the King have private access to porches, making them one step closer to paradise.

Upstairs, are two more bedrooms, a loft and an awe-inspiring ocean-view deck with comfortable seating. The first bedroom up here is furnished with two Double beds and uses the full bath conveniently located across the hall. The Queen Suite boasts its own full bath and a large closet. Don't miss the loft and the ocean-view deck-two terrific spots for reading, napping or just hanging out with your favorite drink! Rental of this property includes usage of two golf carts: a four-passenger and a six-passenger and includes WWP's 24/7 Property Manager Assistance Line-which means you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends. Bald Head Vacation

Seas the Day is perfectly located centrally on the island, 2 minutes from the beach. The house has a great layout and appears to be recently remodeled. The kitchen and bathrooms are exquisite. The kitchen / living room area is likely where you'll gather, and the bedrooms are far away enough for quiet, if needed. The property management was very responsive to the minor situations that came up. Highly recommend the property and the management company!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful family vacation at Seas the Day. The house is beautifully decorated and has every kitchen appliance one could want. Great location to the beach- <5 min walk. Perfect location for getting anywhere on the island. The house was spotlessly clean. We had 7 adults (2 parents and 5 adult kids) and the layout of the house made for great spaces to be together and also private spaces. Some of the mattresses could use an update/replacement and the bikes needed maintenance to be rideable- that would be the only cons, but easily fixable.

March 2024 Stay

This was our 2nd time to BHI. The 1st was in August 2012 when my kids were only 2 & 4. We stayed in a nice location near the club bc, kids that age looove pools. Then, we lived in TN. We now live in PA and the drive was easier (in more ways than one lol). They are teens now and to relive that trip in a different time was amazing. The location was outstanding- on the golf course but within a walk to the ocean, I was able to capture my husband and son, who have recently bonded over golf, at the 16th hole, right behind the house. Each day we awoke and walked the beach (or snuggled in, because the house was just that amazing). Would love to come back when the weather was a wee bit warmer and we could take advantage of beach and water sports more, as the rental was stocked with boogie/skim boards, chairs, bikes, etc. The off-shore fishing was spectacular. The house itself was near perfect. The only complaint would be some extra sheets for the master bed. Other than that, everything was just so delightful. Thanks

Some feedback that needs attention is the ceiling fan in the master bedroom made a continuous noise, towel rack coming down in guest bathroom upstairs and no grilling utensils were available for the outside grill. The upstairs ceiling fan in the room with twin beds seems to have only one speed and that was full blast. We really enjoy cooking and having quality family time and the pots in the kitchen could be upgraded. I’d also suggest adding a Kerug coffee pot. We really enjoyed the upstairs deck and view of the ocean in the mornings. The home is beautiful and very comfortable.
