Welcome to one of BHI's iconic towers in prestigious Harbour Village

(3BR/3BA,1K,1Q,2Tw,SL6, 2 golf carts, Sunday Turn in Peak Season, CHECK OUT 9:30AM / CHECK IN 3:30PM) Welcome to one of the Island's iconic towers in Bald Head's prestigious Harbour area. This waterfront home offers sweeping views of the Atlantic, the Cape Fear River and BHI's marina.

The first floor of this recently renovated charmer houses the laundry, a full bath and a very spacious ship-lapped Twin bedroom with warm heart-of-pine flooring and access to a screen porch-perfect for watching the sun glint off the sea or observing passing ships. Linger here or step down to the beachfront sun patio and rock your cares away while you inhale soothing ocean breezes and revel in the song of the breaking waves. Just steps away is your beach boardwalk that takes you to soft sands and the water.

Back inside, the second level boasts a light-filled open floor plan surrounded on three sides by mesmerizing water vistas. The cheery living area and adjacent dining space are fronted by French doors opening onto an Atlantic-facing covered porch. With another dining set and additional seating here, you can enjoy sunset meals and snacks inside or al fresco. This floor is rounded out with the home's kitchen. Check out the marina views as well as marble counters and ample storage!

Upstairs, the vaulted, window-surrounded Primary King provides 180-degree views highlighting Old Baldy as well as water panoramas and an full bath ensuite.

Next door, the home's beachfront crofter grants a very private additional Queen suite reminiscent of stepping into a shiplapped boat's hull and featuring its own full bath, built-in desk, closet and a snack bar with mini-fridge, microwave and hotpot.

Stays at Port include use of two four-passenger golf carts and WWP's 24/7 Property Manager Assistance Line-which means you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends. If you're looking for amazing Bald Head views, look off the Port side of Bald Head!

IMPORTANT NOTE ON CLUBS: Both clubs are independent from WWP or any WWP properties. As such, all arrangements for temporary memberships must be handled by renters directly with the Clubs. Renters are strongly encouraged to make desired reservations with the club immediately upon booking, and also to become familiar with club policies, procedures, and schedules. 30th Anniversary

Long weekend to celebrate 30th anniversary (married at BHI Chapel). We’ve stayed over 50 times in 30 years. This was by far the best view.

Super clean. Gorgeous sunsets. Comfy furniture. Awesome porch. The master suite upstairs is wonderful. Communicate went well with property management. I'd definitely return to this house.

Beautiful home and perfect location

Loved staying at this property with my family. Nice to have the two golf carts for flexibility. Clean and a nice “beachy” design. Only issue was the third bedroom being separate from the home. I didn’t fully understand the situation from the description. Made it hard when it was raining getting back and forth.

Spring Break on BHI

Great place and well decorated, we were most likely the first guest of the travel season in mid March. Water needed run for a bit, to relieve the stinky smell but no big deal. Was disappointed the clothes dryer was not operational, we packed lightly with the intent to wash and wear some clothing due to the ferry baggage limitations. Other than those minor issues we highly recommend this place to others!

The crofter - very hot, not enough ventilation, it was uncomfortable. Maybe make the kitchenette into a closet? The kitchen - needs an upgrade. The drawers are falling apart as is the dishwasher.The TV on the main level doesn't really work even though someone came by to help.THANKS!
