Charming Historic Home With Modern Interior - In The Heart Of Ballarat

House at No. 10 is a house located in the heart of Ballarat. The house was built in 1905 and includes a later open plan addition at the rear of the building. The house has high ceilings and timber floors and a rear courtyard garden.
The central location of the house provides a range of options within walking distance. Within 1 minute walk there is Subway, Crust Pizza, Sushi and other services like a laundry mat, dry cleaners and a 24 hour pharmacy. A 10 minute walk to the centre of Ballarat provides a large selection of restaurants and bars.
Lake Wendouree is located 1.5k from the house and is a popular 6k walk around.

Wonderful vacation stay in fabulous location

Three couples enjoyed a wonderful weekend at number 10. It's a fabulous house, three lovely bedrooms, fully appointed kitchen open plan living room, huge laundry, music room, outdoor area, you couldn't ask for better. But best of all, it was cost and warm! Thank you Alan for making our stay so comfortable and easy. Well be back!

Great Home Great Location

Impeccable property, very well equipped. Location to main town area is so convenient. Typical old world charm of Ballarat heritage style property. Loved it. Only comment would be off street parking is available only for very small car and on street parking is free but timed to 2hr through day hours. Wasn't a major issue, but parking outside the property could have been better explained. Otherwise would highly recommend this property.

Ballarat Fun

We were attending the U15 National Lacrosse championship and found the house to be fantastic. Beautiful home, close to lots of food options and not far from the Soccer Arena where the comp was held. While we were only there at night the home offered a wonderful sanctuary to come home to each night after all the action.
