A large family home consisting FIVE bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, kitchenette, laundry, dining, upper level lounge, lower level lounge/sitting room and large pool multi purpose complete with TV and pool table

This home is very large and will comfortably accommodate 10 people. There are five queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining, plus an additional kitchenette. There is a large upper level lounge, a smaller lower level lounge/sitting room, and also a large pool room complete with pool table. The home is fully equipped with three 55cm televisions, microwave, coffee making machine, washing machine, and even a pool table. Complete with WiFi, Netflix, smart TV, board games, BBQ, cot and high chair.

This large home is only 600mts from our sister property Sass Abode. Super large groups can book both!

Lovely home with lots of space for larger groups. Loved having the pool table, bought everyone together and was lots of fun. Very comfortable home with adequate heating in the cold, especially for how cold Ballarat can get. Not far from anywhere. Was a great stay.

Thanks for providing a very large, spacious home for our multi-generational Easter holiday (me, my husband and our 2 kids; my sister, her husband and their 2 kids; and our mum/nan).Beautiful clean and soft linen and towels. Great games room for kids and adults alike. Loved the long dining table and many cupboards in the kitchen). I made the mistake of leaving a cupboard full of our food and shopping bags (after our stay ended) and the hosts were excellent at communication and even sent our items home to us - very much appreciated We appreciated the enclosed yard for the dogs, and it was a great location for an Easter egg hunt.Polished concrete floors were very comfortable and the bathrooms although older were clean and worked well. Only had a few issues, we couldn't get the wifi to work during our stay but data reception was fine so we just hotspoted the TV for streaming for the kids. The first day of our stay was hotter and we couldn't get the ceiling fan to work, but then as it became cooler the fire was a great warmth. The kitchen was clean on the surface but could do with a deep clean. And finally, the back sliding door tracks are very dirty so the doors were very challenging to open and close, so we avoided using these doors.Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated the large space for all of us. Thanks again

Perfect place to stay with every need, ShaiBeau was the perfect place for our weekend of Basketball- close to all the court but also great to to unwind and relax after a full day at basketball.We wish we could of stayed longer- maybe next time.

10 Star Accommodation

This property was better than we could have imagined, it was large clean and had great facilities, I cannot rate this property high enough. There was plenty of parking as we had several adult family members coming from different directions. Attention to detail was great and there was plenty of utensils, games and books for every age. which can be lacking when renting properties . The host was easily contactable and there was even some basic commodities in the fridge and a box of chocolates. A definite number 1 property, hopefully we can book again next year around the same time.

Not a great experience

After confirming twice that the backyard was secure for my puppy, it wasn't. Was a work time away for me, but unfortunately no internet day one, lost a half days work. Smart TV was not working, so no Netflix entertainment.... Although the host was lovely, she does not own the property so no resolutions..... Sorry, but just paying for services you won't receive. Left a day early.... Depends what your looking for I suppose....
