The staff was helpful, friend and approachable. The hotel was clean, well maintained and safe. The breakfast options were great and tasty. I would definitely return to this hotel. The only thing was the cleanliness of the streets surrounding the hotel.

It is the 2nd Hampton Inn & Suites that I stay at this summer. Both have been affordable and excellent experiences. The staff entering to register has been kind, helpful, and positive. Coffee is accessible and ready, breakfast set up is quite complete, and the rooms are neat and current spaces with perfect bathrooms. I will make this my hotel for soccer trips with my son through highschool for sure!!!

Inner Harbor

I enjoyed the hotel overall. In person, everyone was kind and helpful. Breakfast was served and staff kept up with making sure there was more put out. My biggest complaint was prior to arrival. First time in the city and i had questions on their parking. I was passed around on the phone, hung up on, and never had my question answered. I ended up paying for parking elsewhere and walked the 3 minutes to the hotel. It was both easier and helped me know when I needed to be out. Use LAX parking.
