Check in was smooth and easy. The bell staff was friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff were polite, easy to work with and funny! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The included breakfast was really good, way better than the typical included hotel breakfast. However, the room seems old, and in need of updating. More importantly, my wife was not a fan of the bed and the pillows: the bed was "not very comfortable and the pillows were too flat for my taste."

We have stayed at this hotel several times, we love the atmosphere, front desk staff and the rooms. This particular time we stayed we received a room that had dirty linen, we did speak to front desk and they sent new blankets. We will stay again but will do a more thorough inspection

From the outside of the building, the hotel looked clean and neat. At check-in, the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The lobby looked very clean. The rooms, however, were not. We stayed in a 2 double bed suite and the carpets were stained and extremely dirty. The kitchen had nothing in the cabinets to use. The bathroom cabinet was falling apart. I did not want to put my bag on the floor becasue, visualluy, the room looked like it had been through it.

A convenient and nice place to stay when you are at the Inner Harbor for a visit. The rooms need a little upgrading with carpet especially. Otherwise, everything worked out well for us staying there. We would definitely go back based on price, convenience and location.

Clean, comfortable stay.

Service/staff were welcoming, friendly & efficient. The suite was laid out well, had a great view & everything was in working order. It was in need of updates (peeling wallpaper, stained carpet, etc) but very clean & comfortable. Free full breakfast is a plus & parking was the most reasonable price for onsite parking in the area. The garage is safe, well lit with direct easy access to the hotel lobby. As a solo traveller, I highly recommend & would stay here again.
