Art deco boutique hotel at it's finest! This place hit all the marks. Professional, young, attentive staff who actually wanted you to have a 10/10 experience. We booked through Expedia for one night to try out the hotel while in town for a comedy show on Sunday evening. This place did not disappoint. Pictures and amenities matched what you receive. We loved it so much, (King Room-quaint and wonderful for a quick night in town) we booked the following night and upgraded our room through Expedia. The Corner King was super spacious, beautiful art, great windows offering natural light and views of the monument. The hot water wasn't working, but we called the front desk and maintenance fixed the issue within minutes. We used the valet parking for overnight our first night, then found 15 W. Franklin St, $14 overnight, which also worked great for us. We loved TopSide, delicious octopus, incredible views and ambiance. Hotel Revival Baltimore will always be our choice when visiting one of our favorite Baltimore neighborhoods, Mt. Vernon. The area is walkable, safe, friendly and historic. Check out the 'dashery where we enjoyed breakfast both mornings. The Patterson Park, drip coffee and oatmilk latte with lavender syrup were amazing. Get the robes and slippers, pamper yourselves! Great for friends trips!

This place was ok. I had a really cool room w a great view of the city (stayed in floor 12) but the furniture looked super dated. If you’re into that kind of thing then I’m sure you’ll like it—i didn’t really. Also the windows have no screen or safety anything other than the latch on the window so that was a scary thought for me as a mom of a young one but other than that it was fine. Parking is $50 valet, so i paid for parking down the street that was $40. Food at the Dashery was ok i got a BLY sandwich. The staff was friendly and accommodating…they gave me feminine hygiene products because i didn’t have any and one of the kiddos got her cycle. Over all a cool stay, especially for the price although i believe because of the season the prices are done.

Where the room was very clean it could have done with a face lift. The sofa & cabinet showed wear. There is no desk or chair so not convenient for any laptop work. The space in the room was not utilized very well. You could not watch TV from the bed if you wanted to. The bed was comfortable and seemed newer than the rest of the space.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful view of JHU campus. Room is spacious and very clean. Like the water boiler not being a coffee maker by default. Parking garage is only 3 minutes away by walking. Great hotel!

The Hotel Revival is a great. Topside restaurant was excellent. The Dashery is great for coffee and breakfast. The general area around the hotel feels a bit unsafe. Parking is very expensive.
