The room was clean and quiet. The king bed was extremely comfortable, including the four pillows. My only complaint is that when calling the front desk from the room, no one ever picked up. No matter what time of day or night. If I called the general number, then the front desk, from my cell phone, I would get through every time. Please look into this as if someone had an emergency, this would be a problem. Also, the cafe menu scan code in the room does not take you anywhere to place an order. I am guessing they didn't have enough staff to deliver to the room. If that is the case, remove the placards. The concierge was very helpful in ordering me a cab, which arrived promptly. Overall, all the staff that I interacted with were very professional, helpful, and polite. This is what I expect when staying at a Hyatt. Great job!
