This hotel is so amazingly designed and beautiful. The reason for the 2 stars is due to the fact that, the room I was assigned to originally wasn’t clean and smelled like urine plus when I was moved to another room, the tiles were shaky, toilet pot as well was shaky. Unto the towel holders, the screws on them were off the wall causing it to fall here and then making me feel like most were falling apart. There were no sponges for the dishes. Overall, everything else was good except for what has been mentioned.

Room is spacious and location is great. The state of the room leaves much to be desired. Towel rack fell off; microwave was half attached to the wall. The dishwasher was falling apart. Some staff acted like I was bothering them if I asked a question.

Before I booked for here It said that the parking was going to be free and then after I booked it they sent me an email saying that the parking was going to be seven dollars after I’ve already booked it!! not to mention I paid for a queen bed, and they only gave me a full size bed! Terrible service
