Nothing but issues. Parking garage for $72 a night or Valet. There were NO places to pull in to get Valet. 35 minutes waiting finally got a spot. No luggage carts. And 60-100 people loitering outside hotel until 2 a.m. Desk person said security can’t do anything about it. Then when you wanted your car from the valet it took 25 minutes.

The staff was very friendly the breakfast was horrible there is not place to park not even for people that are handicap the valet parking is almost 50 dollars there is a club directly on the other side for younger children which is very loud

The hotel was beautiful, the front desk staff were wonderful. The woman doing the breakfast was not friendly. The breakfast was also disappointing. The choices were eggs, egg sandwich or sausage. If you don’t like eggs, then your choices were sugary cereal or bagels. And the fruit choices were only apple or orange. No bananas or fruit salad. There were also tables right next to the buffet. So weird and awkward especially when children are running around. There was a room in the back with nothing that could have been used for seating. I think they can do better with the breakfast.

This property was very cool in an old historic bank building. The included breakfast was delicious. Better than most hotels. It was very clean. There wasn’t a lot of staff, so you had to wait at the front desk to check in and out. It was never more than a few minutes.
