Travelled with family
It was an Ok stay for the place. But the procedure and communication was terrible. When we booked via hotels.com, we were not expecting that we will be communicating with a third party application (Travelio). The procedure was a bit complicated, we need to have the travelio app, we need to communicate (with the room boy/ reception) via Whatsapp as well, then deposit and other things were just more complicated than booking a hotel. Moreover, we had a bad wifi in the 1st day, we need to get through the CS chat via the app. Even, no spoon in the apartment unit.
Stayed 2 nights in Jun 2025
