Don't bother

No fridge in the room, room a bit cramped. The pool is a glorified bathtub, very short and 1.34m at it's deepest. Didn't even bother to try it. The staff tries to guess the meaning of a sentence based on the one word of English that they understand. Even for very simple sentences this is a tactic that is bound to give very annoying results.

Experience was not great

On our arrival, the airport pick-up did not arrive as arranged and we had to contact the hotel and waited another 40 minutes before the car arrived. We had trouble getting a hair dryer inspite of reserving it on our arrival. Our request was not communicated to the staff who was on the next shift and by the time we return to the hotel, no hair dryer was available. Suggest the hotel fit hair dryers in all their rooms as they are inexpensive. Bathrooms are poorly maintained considering that the hotel is rather new. It is quite a distance to most place of interest and eateries. Unlikely to return to this hotel the next time I am in Bandung.

ok for the price - but no beer to cool down.

Room was hosted directly at loud and busy mainstreet. Clothes-cleaning-service took nearly 3 days - only came out, when i asked at the reception. They don't sell any alcoholic drinks, neither buying legal a beer next to the hotel (towards there's a Minimarket) is possible.

Dirty hotel

On arrival the sheets on the bed were stained so we asked for them to be changed. This was done straight away however the new sheets were also stained. The headboard of the bed was also dirty. The bathroom looked as though it had not been cleaned from the previous guests and the towels were also dirty. We couldn't stay for the duration we had booked and found another hotel and checked out after only being there for a couple of hours.
