Beautiful area, there is lots of room choices. However, adult pool was closed down, saunas closed down, hottubs out of order. No resturant. They didnt change our sheets, only made the bed. Didnt replenish the coffee or toileties incl the toilet paper, we had to ask for it

Amazing hotel with nice hot tub, waterslide, and shuttle into town. room needs a refurb soon as it’s starting to feel a little dated for the high price you pay but still a great stay in a clean room

Nice views and easy commute into Banff. The resort had a very dated and musty vibe and the room, although spacious, was not very clean - had a musty smell. Overall still good value for the money compared with other options.

We couldnt see the mountains from our room, but we had a forest view. We loved the layout of our loft room. We were very disappointed that the outdoor hot tub was closed as the pool area was extremely loud and none of the rules for slides or pools were being followed.

Cozy room with a fireplace

The room was clean and the fireplace was amazing. There was an issue with the shower as the tub backed up when showering so you were literally standing in a pool of water. One other disappointment was when I called the front desk to request a later checkout at noon on the morning of, the lady said no because someone else was checking in the room. This was literally a stay in the middle of the week and there were lots of rooms available.

This hotel is in need of an update, although clean, wallpaper was peeling off the wall, lamp shades were broken and drapes were very worn. Might be worth the extra 50 dollars a night to book somewhere else.
