The hotel is lovely, hotel reception were excellent. upon arrival it seemed there was nothing nearby but just up the road to the right there is a fab market place with plenty of food, drink and shopping

Very nice hotel, walking distance to all nightlife, restaurants and shops. Staff are polite and very accomodating. Breakfast buffet is convenient, but better options are outside the hotel. Pool is nice, did not have time to use the gym, which was pretty basic with its equipment. Overall I was pleased with my stay here.

Great location, friendly staff and good value

The hotel is located in the old part of Bangkok a short walk from the Grand Palace. It's also near to the pier stop Pra Arthit so very convenient for the express boat up river or the hop on hop off tourist boat that stops at most attractions . The hotel is clean and pool a must in the heat. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Incredible Staff

We launched our honeymoon at the Chillax Heritage. The staff was incredibly welcoming and so supportive in helping us find our bearings. They were absolutely the highlight of our stay, even helping us resolve our baggage issues when the airport lost our baggage. The room was a little smaller than I expected, but clean and comfortable. There was parking which made our picks up and drop offs a breeze.

Great Location

Staff very welcoming, room was comfortable and bed 8/10 for comfort. Location fantastic and 2 minute walk to Khao san road and very walkable to key points of interest such as Royal Palace and Resting Buddha. Breakfast is a full Asian buffet with a little westernization. Highly recommend.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive, and the hotel itself is in a great location. The room had everything we needed, and the infinity pool 360-degree rooftop views was an unexpected bonus. There was a fantastic little open-air restaurant just a few minutes' walk away with great food and drinks at exceptional prices. I would definitely recommend a stay at Chillax!

Wonderful Place to Stay

This is our second stay at the hotel and highly recommend it for the location. We were able to walk almost everywhere with easy access to public transportation. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind. Wonderful breakfast selection and will definitely book again when back in Bangkok.
