Second time stay, found the duration to wait for lift took much longer, probably due to energy saving. Spare more time in case of hurry. Breakfast was good with quite a lot of choices, room was clean (but a bit disappointed with the detergent supplies, shampoo was not good and made my hair tangled).

This is a five stars hotel, stay there for four nights. The washroom don’t even provide body lotion for guest. There is only one Italian restaurant for lunch and dinner at the hotel. Can only find one decent restaurant near the hotel area. Breakfast selection is great but you feel that the senior staff is paying attention to how long you stay at breakfast.

It is a new hotel connected to the airport rail and BTS stations. It is easy to get around by public transportation. The interior is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it to visitors looking for a peaceful stay in Bangkok.
