Location location location! Right in the heart of Soi 11 it did take about an hour to get checked in but it was very busy and the staff was phenomenal at getting things moving. No balcony but clean decent rooms.

Staff is friendly. Room & hotel were clean. Roof top pool was nice. Included breakfast was ok. Could have had more variety & better food quality. Also, coffee was terrible. Good location if you prefer a lively area with access to bars & restaurants at your door step; however, you’re sort of in a red light district, which we didn’t know & is a little off-putting.

Room was clean. But I overlooking Soi 11 and the Tuk Tuks are very noisy till 4am in the morning everyday. Cannot sleep unless wearing ear buds. Windows are not double glazed or if they are, then they need to be tripled...

Service was great, and immediate when I faced a bathroom issue. Eas able to check in early [I took the loss, but having a hot shower meant more after a horrible flight].The bed was super comfortable and I had a great night sleep.
