Landed in BKK for a late night and had an early flight next morning. Receptionist had an attitude and when I asked her if there were any good areas for food nearby she rolled her eyes and said there is a 7/11 up the street - awesome thanks. Told her I'd do the 9:30am shuttle the following morning. Room was small but fine for what it was - there was a cockroach in the room. Slept fine and woke up and got a confirmation call the shuttle was at 9:30am so I rushed to get my stuff packed and get thru a quick breakfast. Didn't want to miss my shuttle so didn't really enjoy the breakfast. However when I went to the reception to be picked up at 9:30am - surprise the shuttle was full and I'd have to take the next one. Not the best experience overall but for a short stay near the airport (12-15 min ride) it is what it is.

Le service au resto a été juste correct, sans sourire et sans respect de notre difficulté à communiquer. J’ai reçu mon repas et je l’ai terminer, quand mon conjoint a reçu le sien.

If you’re looking for a place to stay close to the airport, this is a great hotel. We found the staff not so accommodating and probably not typical of other Thai people. There were great markets so that we could enjoy our last evenings of Thai food and we found a massage place that we could walk to. Locals are very nice and accommodating. The shuttle to the hotel was a blessing and was on time. Again a good place for anyone who might need to stay close to the airport.

The room was nice and clean. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors as if they were in the room with us. The shower did not drain so we had to be careful not to flood the bathroom.

Sheets were stained with what appeared to be body fluids and it took 4 attempts to change them before “semi-clean” ones arrived. other guests arrived by taxi and openly ordered prostitutes with taxi driver (girls on “menu” so I assume it’s okay to bring these girls into the hotel - sink leaking all over the floor - plastic mattress (never saw that before) and yes, there’s airplane noise but what about the marine bar booming into the rooms! Terrible terrible hotel and I did try to change rooms but apparently none available. One lock in the door and no safety lock despite anyone having access from outside as it’s more like a motel than a hotel! STAY AWAY

Ideal for our requirements

We booked this hotel as it was close to BKK and after along flight from London we just wanted to get to a hotel quickly, which we did. The rooms and pool are good, there is a 7eleven near by, our evening meal was good but breakfast was a bit limited. I would definately stay here again if I was after a hotel near to the airport.

Fine for a night

Nice enough rooms, comfy beds and good AC. We didn't have breakfast nor use the free shuttle to the airport (as it runs on the hour and we wanted to go half past). Lobby full of other guests suitcases so bit hectic.

It was impossible to get ahold of them for weeks leading up to our arrival to schedule the airport pick up so ended up having to taxi it anyways. Transfer on return was fine. Beds are hard, rooms are ok. Pool is nice.

if you plan to stay overnight in this airport, don’t expect to sleep. It is so noisy. You hear everything. People yelling and sounds like they’re partying coming home at all hours of the night. I will say the staff was very kind and respectful.

Shuttle from the airport took a bit..but it did eventually come for us. Hotel room is a bit run down..with lots of damage around ceiling area. Bed was comfy.

Awful staff

Land of smiles…. They didn’t get the memo at this hotel!! Staff are rude, unhelpful & just plain miserable. Not sure what their problem is but unlike all the other places I visited in Thailand in 2 months this place was the worst.
