I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past year. Each time it is always a pleasant experience. The hotel is immaculate. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is convenient to transportation, add an easy walk to mini fine restaurants and shopping areas. But as others probably have stated, the traffic in this area is very congested and taking a taxi requires a lot of time.

We love this property for its location and connectivity to Terminal 21 mall and subway station. There is no better location than this in bangkok, and we have stayed here a few times. Awesome amenities, rooftop garden and pool, plus tennis courts, mini golf etc. kids had a great time. However, no bar at the pool area! Lots of room configurations available for adults and families! Highly recommend it!

When we went into our room, there was no bath mat , towels , napkins in the bathroom Infact on last day they put face towels The shower area was leaking We called guest services and they fixed it But this is a very basic check housekeeping should have checked before room allotment Also pics on hotel .com showed room with carpet our room had no carpet underbed The staff is good and hotel us mice -was expecting a better serviced room .
