Great property in a good location, not right in the thick of the busy streets in Bangkok but in a really nice neighbourhood with loads of restaurants, cafes and nightlife. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the BTS train line. The rooms were lovely and clean. The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of mainly pan-asian food which i appreciated. the staff were very helpful but not always as polite as I would expect. The gym was spacious and had just enough equipment for a decent workout. Be warned that use of the onsen facilities can only be accessed if you are completely naked.

This hotel is one of the finest non destination hotels (excluding resorts) I have ever stayed at !! The physical aspects, the fitness room, spa pool area are superb for both adults and families. What really makes this an outstanding hotel though are the staff. Seldom have I encountered the kindness, service and helpfulness from any hotel I have ever visited. Starting with the front desk employees (koy, Maneekan and Nilowan) all these personnel reflect 5 Star service. Simple the attentiveness, helpfulness and kindness given to me by these staff members was simply FANTASTIC! A special shout out goes to the DAY MANAGER Kanittha for helping me with a minor personal shaving cut!!!! My stay at this hotel can be summarized quite simply. The hotel staff at the Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55 are probably the best in the world!!!!!

Property is well made and clean with all facilities. However, some of the staff at breakfast were not so cooperative. I have stayed at the Siam branch and the breakfast staff there were more cordial and provided better service. Some Indian dishes in breakfast would be appreciated!
