Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s the cleanest and has great amenities; I loved my four-day stay at this hotel. It’s also close to most of the tourist attractions—10-minute drive to Iconsiam Mall, 15 minutes to Asiatique—and you can easily access Tuk-Tuk, bike, or train. They offer complimentary shuttle services to Chinatown, though I didn’t know about this until my last day—I wish the front desk had mentioned it when I checked in. Additionally, they give you eight tokens to use for a foot massage or to get items from the hotel. I will definitely be back. I loved my room on the 27th floor.

Good property and very new. I had my eye on it for quite a while. I guess I build it up a bit more in my mind. Everything is fine, however the biggest drawback is the clientele. The hotel has no power over this, but these are definitely not 5 star hotel patrons. The price point allows for some people to enter this category who probably don’t deserve this level. So it’s no fault of the hotel, just that the clients bring this property down.
