Excellent staff, housekeeper for our floor it was astounding. Construction noise around the property was loud. Although we were on a night schedule . Anyone staying on a normal schedule, probably wouldn't have even noticed. When we asked about switching rooms because the noise during the day while we were trying to sleep was loud, they instantly found us a room on the other side of the hotel where it was barely noticeable.

Room cleaning was so so.. Dirt around all of the baseboards. Mirrors were not cleaned. I even wrote dirty in the dust on the wall. You can only see it when the sun shines on the dust. Spots on the sheets and pillow cases. Also got 4 mosquito bites at night. Overall nice property. But cleaning the rooms needs improvement

Nice boutique hotel in quite street few minutes walk from actions. Property and staffs are good. One star off for 2 things. One, closet draws very tight and no handle so hard to pull. Two, rainw shower head needs cleaning inside so water can com down straight again.

Hope Land Hotel - the place to stay for nightlife.

We always stay at this hotel in Bangkok. It is central to all activities, 200m to BTS Nana, 10 minute walk to Nana Plaza, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel is very clean and offers unlimited fresh brewed coffee in reception area. Rooms are large and come with a balcony. The only downside is the internet connection and speed, but if you’ve got a decent data package it doesn’t really matter
