I really enjoyed my stay here. It isn’t the newest, but it is immaculate for an older hotel and has a Spa, nail salon, & a 24 hour grocery store connected to it, which is super convenient. I didn’t get a chance to view the other amenities but my partner said the gym was clean & so was the pool area. There are plenty of other food options, massage shops, and ATMs within walking distance, as well as a BTS station about a 12 minute walk away and Grab/Bolt bikes usually arrive within 3 minutes. I will definitely stay at the Jasmine Grande again whenever I’m in Phra Khanong.

I stayed for 4 nights, but the bath towels and bathrobes I used were collected and not replenished. Coffee and water were not replenished. Disposable toothbrushes were not replenished. I have stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I have seen such a hotel.

WONDERFUL PLACE OFFERING COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE

This place is rather delightful in a good if not entirely central location, but it suited me just fine. The Hotel is well maintained with a mixture of older and modern features throughout. The staff are attentive, friendly and most helpful - if anything at times, especially in the breakfast restaurant they are too efficient and constantly around you cleaning up, filing up trays that are running low etc... I was upgraded and had a Junior suite on a very high floor with beautiful views - it is very spacious with everything to make your stay extremely comfortable. The pool is very enjoyable as are the leisure facilities and having a grocery store attached to the Hotel is a masterstroke in convenience. Breakfast had a diverse selection of options and was above average and definitely satisfied me. The shuttle to BTS and Mall was also hugely appreciated. Overall I highly recommend Jasmine Grande Residence.
