the staffs were very friendly, polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is also very near to the BTS which is a huge plus point, and you can travel easily to the hotel via BTS even if you have many luggages as it is only about a 5 mins walk or less from Siam BTS to the hotel. The hotel is also very near (literally just across the road)to the shopping areas like Siam Square, Siam Paragon, Siam Square 1 just to name a few. Even if you want to go to Central world or Big C, there is a huge sheltered skybridge and is only about a 15 to 20 mins walk depending on your own speed. You will literally feel that you are staying in the shopping area, very convenient. Will definitely choose to stay here again my next trip.

Fantastic location! Situated along the busy activities and shopping malls area, while tucked away to the end of the main road allowed for easy access to malls and activities while maintaining some level of quiet. Rooms were adequately sized and clean. Staff were always approachable and friendly. Did not dine in the hotel as there were so many alternate options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
