We turned up hours early before our check in time due to an earlier flight, hotel manager had the room ready to go. Very helpful staff and nice tidy antique feel hotel. Breakfast served here was one of (if not the highlight) dish of my trip- amazing. Would go back. Room I stayed in was small but all you need and is very clean and has everything you need. Quite area. A bit off Sukhumvit rd. Short walk to hospital, coffee shops, food and grocery. 👍👍

A cozy place with a very unique interior design near thong lor and sukhumvit. Bed is very comfortable. Room is clean. Breakfast is served with boiled rice with pork. Thumbs up for this place.

In my opinion - a glammed up hostel

Location was tough because taxi drivers always wanted to charge us extra for taking us there. No public transport options available either. In my opinion, not really a boutique hotel. More a slightly glammed up hostel in terms of service. Eg. The receptionist is not always around even during the day, no lift in the building (you haul all your luggage up by yourself), room is rather small, air conditioning is rather weak and noisy, on our second day - no coffee for breakfast (their excuse: the neighboring shop is closed). I felt the staff were not trying to make us feel welcome. Also had a mix up during check in as they somehow did not have our reservation from the booking site. It’s rather expensive considering the above factors.

The property is very charming and well maintained. Staff is scarce/hard to find sometimes. There are stores and restaurants close by, but it’s a bit of a trek to get to the main drag.

Nice hostel in the heart of Thonglor area.

After reading so much of good feedback about the hotel, we had a bit of an expectation. Arriving at the hostel, we were greeted by a house keeper as the owner was away. She didn’t tell us much about the hotel facilities and all which is fine because we only stayed one night. We booked room no.4, so-called “lover room” as the toilet has got “no wall” . Although we are a couple, we find it a little too much. Imagine when your partner has to do big business and you were there to witness the smell (gross) . All in all, we didn’t quite feel the warmth like other guests have mentioned. May be because the owner wasn’t around? and the staff seems don’t know what they were doing. Oh, we didn’t get to try the hostel breakfast too! We just realised that our booking has got a free breakfast after checking out and they just kept quiet. We love the location wise and the decoration. Maybe we just unlucky that day.

Unbelievably unique bed and breakfast

I stayed in several hotels while in Bangkok, but this one one was the best, the first thing you notice when entering the lobby is the interior decorations and the choice of items displayed within. The place is called Ob-oon which means warm in Thai, and it is warm. The host is so kind I couldn’t believe it, she is the owner and she is an interior decorator and it shows in her unique style. This shows in the rooms and the lobby. Don’t be fooled by the location, the traffic is busy but once inside you are transferred back to a stylish French style B&B. I am already planning my return trip to this unique location in the heart of the city of life.

Gitmeden önce aldığımız oda 2 tekli ranzalı, banyo/wc olan bir odaydı. Ancak resimlerde daha büyük gözüküyordu. Vardığımızda odayı çok küçük bulduk. Zemin katta, çok ayak altındaydı. Biraz fark ödeyip 2.kata geçtik. Oda daha büyüktü ancak asansör yok ve çalışanlar her zaman ortalıkta değiller. Ingilizce konuşamadıkları için iletişim zor oldu. Resepsiyonda Ingilizce bilen birileri olmasını tercih ederdim. Lokasyon fena değildi. Sukhumvit Caddesi tercih ettik ama cadde çok geniş bir alan. Otel toplu taşımaya 20dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Grab daha akıllıca. Kahvaltı olarak ufak köfteli pirinç çorbası dışında su ve oralet tarzı yapay aromalı bir içecek verdiler. Ekstra ödeme yapmaya bence gerek yok kahvaltı için.

청소 상태 좋고 깨끗함. 2층 침대는 난간이 낮은 편이라 얌전히 자는 사람에게 추천. 객실 내 헤어 드라이어가 없는데 말하면 주심. 일회용 칫솔, 치약, 티슈, 로션 없음. 샴푸와 컨디셔너 겸용 제품 하나와 바디 워시 하나가 다임. 대신 객실이 깨끗함. 창문은 열 수 없는 구조. 침구류가 깨끗하고 푹신하여 잘 잠. 위치가 조금 애매함. 택시 필수. 대중교통으로 이동 많이 어려움. 조식은 닭 육수에 밥을 넣고 끓인 콩지같은 음식. 생각보다 맛있었고 따뜻해서 좋았음. 영어로 의사 소통이 어려우나 친절함.
