I love the design and the spacious rooms. There wasn't a microwave or laundry service but it wasn't advertised as having it. So I don't think it should go against the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I loved every day I stayed here.

Very nice hotel in well kept settings, if one don't mind staying out of Bangkok City. Spacious rooms/ apartment. Very friendly and service minded staff every where on the premises. Stayed for 4 weeks - it would have been nice with more hangers, kitchen utensils and hooks in the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen were a bit outdated. As we were 5 adults in the apartment, we missed armchairs in the living room (there were only one sofa) Wondered why there were so many TV channels, but not a single English speaking channel.

The hotel is very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff, and a restaurant with very delicious meal options. Also providing guests complimentary water in the minifridge, a swimming pool, and gym equipment, this hotel is top of the line. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Un peu déçu par l'accueil

L'équipement de la cuisine est minimal. Pas d'ouvre cannette ou de tire bouchon, de couteau et de torchon pour s'essuyer les mains. Le confort de la literie est très bien. L'amabilité du personnel est moyen et celle du personnel de la piscine est exécrable. Dommage. Par contre, le personnel du restaurant est très aimable et poli. Aux alentours, il n'y a pas beaucoup de solutions de restauration proches. La piscine est très grande et semble bien entretenue. La vue sur le fleuve est sympa.

Big appartement. Very convenient for a trip. As the comments said, they miss a lot a things such as ustensiles to cook. Wifi is indeed bad. I went a few times at the reception and they assist us well.

Overall it was nice, out of the tourist areas. There were plenty of places to find food, most shopping spots were a 15 to 30 minute drive. The hotel was clean and quiet, the maid was excellent. However our AC stopped working about 7 days in to our 3 week stay and I called the front desk to report it. They said they would send maintenance up to fix it but no one ever came and for the last 2 weeks of our stay there was no AC in the living room area of our room. Luckily the AC in the bedroom still worked so it was only a minor problem.
