The hotel has a charm about it that some would call dated, it all comes down to personal taste, I like the traditional aesthetic. The staff faultless, helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Mr. Tan on the concierge for helping me take apart a brush to fit in my suitcase, outside his remit, but he was only to happy to help. Housekeeping discreet and efficient and we made full use of the complimentary shuttle boat service. Would I stay again 100% yes. Thanks for making our stay relaxing and comfortable.

Property was really nice and Iconosiam mall was just across the river. The property offered free boat shuttles to the mall. There are plenty of Taxis waiting outside to run people around town. Was really close to the Palace and the palace monestary. Rooms were clean and had some very nice views of the area!

The art center next door was amazing the little restaurants in surrounding streets were traditional Thai food I like and the small night markets in this suburb and on the otherside of the river were as amazing as the luxury shopping center icon Siam. Something for everyone

Sheraton Riverside Hotel is overall very convenient, with a great location. However, for a hotel of this standard, staff service—especially in the bar and restaurant—could be improved. It felt like there was too much focus on pushing for additional tips, even though the hotel already charges a 10% service fee.
