Tight parking at front entrance to hotel. Overall it was a good place to spend a few nights when traveling through but the beds were very hard . I like the lobby coffee centre. Staff were friendly

I really only spent enough time in the place to fall asleep and shower in the morning. Didn’t have the continental breakfast. The lady at the front desk was nice. The room had a wet mildewy smell that I couldn’t shake, and there was a hair in the shower. Overall, it was what I needed - a place to crash.

This has been our second stay at the quality inn at Bangor Mall. Hotel and room was clean and comfortable to stay in. Great selection for breakfast. Hotels close to all the things you need in Bangor. Staff is friendly and inviting.
