In the summer, you’ll love the nearby mountain biking, hiking, public tennis courts, and golf course. In the winter, you'll have the best ski access on the mountain, because there is a bus stop located at the edge of the condominium complex that will take you right to the lifts.

At the condo itself, start the day with a cup of coffee on the spacious deck boasting lovely mountain and valley views. When you get hungry, step inside the full kitchen to make some breakfast, and then eat together at the adjacent dining table. This home was renovated in 2021 with fresh paint, appliances, brand-new furniture, partial air-conditioning, and heating from two mini-split units, so expect a sparkling, fresh stay. After a full day on the slopes or trails, the fireplace will keep everyone cozy while you watch the falling snow from the warmth of your living area. No matter your adventure here at Sugar Mountain, it's not far away - all that’s left to do is book!
