Host was great! Super responsive! The amenities were as described. We cooked a few meals and there was plenty of cookware, flatware, plates, cups, etc! Loved the fireplace also. A very quick drive to Beech Mountain. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice visit. Had a few issues on the check in day with the smart lock code not being very user friendly and the water pipes had frozen and pilot light on the fireplace had gone out, but by the next morning everything was sorted out and we had a great weekend with hot showers and working fireplace. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

All was great, except that the house didn’t have towels for all the guests (we were in 9 and the house had only 7). Same for line: we had to sleep on the pull out sofa without bed sheets. Other than that, the property was great and clean.

ASU Graduation weekend

Our stay was great! Very neat and tidy house. We came up for our daughter’s college graduation and brought the family. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy each other’s company.

We went in the off season but this would be a perfect spot for a winter vacation. The fireplace is so nice and it is decorated for a winter vibe. This didn’t bother us even in the off season. The kids actually enjoyed it. Communication with the owner was great. They responded quickly and accommodated what we might have needed. The place was clean except for a small stain in the upstairs bathroom and under the beds and couches. The pool was nice, but the hot tub didn’t seem like they clean it a lot. (This area as well as the rec room are a common area.) The rec room required coins, which we weren’t aware of. Overall, we had a very nice stay and the place is very charming. Figuring out the air conditioning and the fireplace wasn’t super easy, but we managed.
