* WEATHER & AWD: No weather related refunds. 4x4 / AWD required in winter months. Tire chains needed when there is snow/ice. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the cabins. 

* Firewood is provided.

* SHARED SPACES - There is another  neighboring cabin on the 3 acre property. Shared spaces include: fire pit and outdoor parking.
