SEMI-DETACHED HOUSE with swimming pool, spa, sea and mountain views

Located behind MAS NATURA and our house at the front, is this terraced house, THE NEST, on the ground floor (69 m²), designed for 2 to 6 people (5 adults + children). It is entered through a private entrance and a long balcony with panoramic views of the Aspres Valley, the Albères Massif and especially the sea on the horizon. Inside, beautiful bright spaces mix modern vintage spirit and the charm of wood with an entrance opening onto a large well-equipped kitchen, open to a large living-dining room, TV and sofa bed, then a walk-in shower room and a separate toilet next to 2 bright bedrooms which open onto a large private and sheltered terrace, quiet and close to the shared salt pool (without chemical chlorine) and fenced (open from mid-May to mid-October) and the SPA (extra charge and closed July and August). Below, a shared sports hall with lots of indoor games (with table football, bike, rowing machine, darts, toys, books and puzzles, etc.) and outdoor games (table tennis, large trampoline, badminton, children's play area with basketball hoop, swings and slide, etc.).

Eco-friendly cottage with water purifiers in all accommodations and rainwater harvesting systems in the garden, solar panels for self-consumption during the day and reversible air conditioning, a second-hand spa and swimming pool as a water reserve in case of fire, a gas griddle (rather than the more dangerous barbecue in the South), organic cotton towel and bed linen rentals, Ecolabel cleaning products, zero pesticides of course, recycled appliances, metals, plastics, and waste, compost, and a chicken coop, etc.

Quiet evenings with friends or family are permitted, but parties with alcohol, music, sound systems, and speakers are prohibited (except for Christmas, New Year's Day, and other national holidays) both indoors and outdoors out of respect for the neighborhood, animals, and the environment. Smoking is permitted outdoors only on balconies and terraces, with closed ashtrays required. Pets are allowed (maximum 2, but no puppies or kittens) except around the pool and under supervision. As with young children, they must never be left alone inside or outside the accommodation.

Included in the price of the stay : utilities (heating, water, gas for the grills, electricity, taxes, etc.), shared pool, games and gym, Wi-Fi, and large secure parking (with electric gate and cameras at the entrance), basic amenities (cushions, duvets, blankets, tea towels, tablecloths, cleaning products, soap, etc.).

Not included in the price of the stay (optional) : SPA jacuzzi with bathrobe and flip-flops (for adults), bed linen and towels (bring pool and beach towels), baby and child care in extra beds adapted for babies and children, and childcare equipment if needed. Additional fees and upon prior reservation: rental of professional electric mountain bikes, riding lessons, and other outdoor activities, massages, hairdressing, train station or airport shuttles, etc.

Mandatory fees payable in cash upon arrival : €50 cleaning, tourist tax (depending on the number of adults present during the stay), and a €500 security deposit (returned upon departure).
