Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The place was not maintained well at all. Our rooms (which had no personality at all) were never cleaned, our towels were never changed, there were no toiletries provided, there was no place to put the soap (that we brought) inside the shower, the shower door looked like it had never been cleaned and there was no towel service for the pool.
