House for 6-8 persons: approx. 200 m2, spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge area with a wine corner, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, open fireplace and air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower and one bedroom with a double bed. The first floor features a small gym room, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, while the larger bedroom (approx. 30 m2) is equipped with a double bed and two additional single beds, each suitable for one child up to 12,99 years of age. The spacious attic (approx. 50 m2) offers plenty of room for playing and enjoying free time with the kids. Besides a TV with PlayStation, many other games are provided for the enjoyment of the entire family. The attic is equipped with air conditioning.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
