Beautiful single-family house "Mala Mare", 2 storeys, renovated in 2019. In the hamlet Regulići 4 km from the centre of Barban, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 km from the sea. Private: property 100 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, 21 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 16.Apr. - 10.Oct.) with internal staircase. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 3 km, pebble beach 12 km, rocky beach 10 km. Riding stable 12 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: adrenaline park 10 km, adventure park 10 km. Please note: airfield 27 km from the property. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.

Idyllisch gelegenes Häuschen, von den man alle Hotspots Istriens in kurzer Zeit erreichen kann. Haus ist sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Küche könnte nicht besser sein. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Selbst Kindern wird es anhand des Pools nicht langweilig, wenn man im Haus verweilt. Check in und Check out hat wunderbar geklappt.Vermieter sind sehr nett und beantworten Fragen sehr schnell. Vielen lieben Dank. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt abseits vom Trubel und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Beide Häuser habe eine Klimaanlage was das Wohnen sehr angenehm macht.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön, traumhaft ruhig gelegen, super ausgestattet und top gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und top erholt. Komplett klimatisiert, 3 TV mit sämtlichen deurschen. Programmen, eine sehr gut ausgestatte Küche, der Pool ist top gepflegt und alles ist super sauber. Dazu noch sehr nette Vermieter. Wir hatten noch nie so ein perfektes Ferienhaus...

Kleinod in idyllischer Lage

Sehr ruhige Lage in kleiner Siedlung. KFZ ist im Prinzip erforderlich wenn man die Gegend erkunden will. Äusserst freundliche Gastgeber und eine wirklich sehr saubere Unterkunft. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmerfenster haben Insektenschutzgitter. Der Wasserdruck der Duschen ist gut, das W-Lan auch. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Die Vermieter dieses Hauses sind super, uns wurden alle Fragen beantwortet und auch auf alle Wünsche eingegangen, wir haben auch super Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen. Die Poolanlage und auch das Haus ansich mit Möbeln und Geschirr waren alles neu und sauber, es fehlte an nichts. Die Matratzen alle neu und sehr bequem. Der nächste Ort Barban ist nur 3,5 km entfernt, dort ist ein kleiner Supermatkt für das nötigste.

Erwartungen übertroffen!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch in Waldnähe gelegen. Mit dem Auto ist alles wunderbar und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Die Straßen in Istrien sind generell gut. Die Unterkunft sieht in echt genauso schön aus wie auf den Fotos, ist makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Allen Ruhesuchenden ist diese Unterkunft ans Herz zu legen.

sehr gepflegt und sauber

wir waren zwei wochen in den ferien. das haus ist sehr gepflegt und alles sehr sauber. es mangelte an nichts. küchentücher, badetücher, strandtücher, bettwäsche alles war vorhanden. das w-lan ist nicht das schnellste, aber fürs handy gehts. klar man braucht ein auto um von a nach b zu kommen aber die meisten orte sind gut und innerhalb von 30 minuten zu erreichen.

Best for quiet and comfortable vacations

Starting from wonderful hosts to incredible comfort during hot summer. Swimming pool, bedrooms with bathrooms and tv sets, special area next to the pool for living room and kitchen. Only three other houses in vicinity, but also only 5 minutes drive to Barban with market, restaurant and pizza. Seaside easy to reach and enjoy beaches and clean warm sea! We have already decided to return hosts and the house next year!
