Equipped with a hot tub, steam room, fireplace, barbecue and wood-burning oven, it is perfect for outdoor dining.



It is halfway between Florence, which can be reached in 20 minutes, and 30 from Siena, 5 km from San Gimignano and 8 km from Certaldo.



The villa offers spacious and bright rooms with beautiful panoramic views of the Chianti hills from every room.

The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor as well as the wardrobe room and the large bathroom with Jacuzzi located under a large velux and Turkish bath.



On the ground floor is the living room with a large sofa containing a comfortable double bed with a 20-cm mattress, large TV screen and Dolby surround sound system. Attached to this room is the second bathroom complete with shower and windowed.



The living room overlooks a pergola accessed through a large window.

Adjacent to this is the large dining room with a wood-burning fireplace and comfortable armchairs.

Last but not least is the kitchen, with views

of the garden and valley, as well as the medieval town of Barberino.



Outdoor spaces include a large dining table made of antique walnut wood, covered by an African straw gazebo, ideal for outdoor dining and convivial moments surrounded by nature.



The pool will be open from May to October.
